If you would like BAS to try to arrange for a roommate for you, please indicate your request in the notes section of the registration form. We will do our best but cannot guarantee that it will be possible. If we are unable to assign you a roommate, you will be charged the single supplement commensurate with you room occupancy selection.

Please note that your passport must be valid and expire no sooner than November 20, 2013 if you are returning to the USA with the Group. If you are extending your stay or will not be returning to the USA on May 18, then based on your return date to the USA, your passport must not expire until 6 months after your return flight arrives in the USA.
