While San Juan is a vibrant, modern port city, it also has one foot anchored proudly in the past, dating back to its time as a Spanish colonial outpost. Many of the old structures, including forts and cathedrals, date back to the early 16th century and the conquest by Juan Ponce de León in 1508.

Group space is limited. Please reserve early to avoid disappointment.

Price Includes:

  • Seven-night cruise
  • All meals, service and entertainment aboard the ship
  • All port taxes, surcharges and dining gratuities
  • Lectures by Dr. Craig Evans

Price Does Not Include:

  • Airfare to/from Miami, Florida
  • Optional shore excursions, cabin gratuities and to/from port transfers
  • Items of a strictly personal nature, such as alcoholic beverages, cable, telephone expenses, laundry, etc.

Deposit, Passport and Final Payment:

$500 and copy of your passport required to reserve space. Balance due no later than November 1, 2013.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation fees are assessed per person as follows*:

  • 75 days or more prior to departure: full refund less $100 administrative fee.
  • 74-57 days prior to sailing: $250 plus $100 administrative fee.
  • 56-29 days prior to sailing: 50% of total charges plus $100 administrative fee.
  • 28-15 days prior to sailing: 75% of total charges plus $100 administrative fee.
  • 14-0 days prior to sailing: 100% of total charges plus $100 administrative fee.

*Cancellations must be in writing.

Trip Cancellation Insurance:

Insurance is available at extra cost and is strongly recommended. Information on insurance will be provided at time of deposit.

Physical Disability:

Physical disability requiring special attention or treatment must be reported in writing to BAS at the time reservation is made. Passage may be refused to those whose state of health or physical condition renders them unfit to travel (in the opinion of the cruise line) or who may require attention beyond that which the cruise line can provide.
