DEPOSIT PAYMENT: $500 per person if registered prior to July 14, 2013.
FULL PAYMENT: For New registrations after July 14, and for previously registered participants full payment is due by July 15, 2013.

15-20 days prior to departure: You will receive all the travel documents, including airline tickets.

Cancellation penalty:
- 90-60 days prior to departure: $100
- 59-45 days prior to departure: 10%
- 44-30 days prior to departure: 25%
- 29-15 days prior to departure: 50%
- 14-7 days prior to departure: 75%
- 6 days prior to departure: No refund

Air Cancellation Policy: We will be liable to airlines’ standard rates and rules.

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended. You are encouraged to apply now. Insure all luggage and valuables. BAS and the tour operators cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to your luggage or property. Travel Insurance should be obtained for all trips.
