Danny Herman![]() Danny Herman is an Israeli licensed tour guide and an archaeologist who has a passion for sharing the history of his country with visitors. Danny earned an M.A. from the Institute of Archaeology at Hebrew University, where he also earned a B.A. in Biblical and classical archaeology with minors in both Christianity and art history. The author of many popular articles on the archaeology and history of Israel, Danny has also served as a consultant for several media productions on various topics regarding Biblical archaeology. When not sharing his knowledge with visitors, Danny teaches archaeology and history of Jerusalem at the Hebrew University, and lectures at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya as well as in tour guide training courses. A fluent English speaker, Danny brings both a mastery of his material as well as a sense of fun and enthusiasm to all of his tour programs.
