What if I receive a damaged issue?
If you have received a damaged issue, please notify us within a reasonable amount of time, and we would be happy to send you a replacement. Inside the U.S., please call the number listed below.
If your issue typically arrives damaged, your mailbox may be too small. If this is the case, please ask your letter carrier to place the magazine in a different area. If this is not the case, then ask the post office if the magazine arrives in good condition. If it does not, please contact us using the methods above and explain the situation.

It's possible that we have an incorrect address on file if you have missed an issue. Please follow one of the links below to verify that your address is listed correctly in our records. There are false renewal notifications and subscription offers being sent to BAR subscribers by unauthorized companies. These offers are higher than the subscription price, and they also sometimes charge a service/handling fee.
We have been informed that some people who paid these organizations did not receive any magazines or extensions to their subscriptions for their money.
