The Biblical Archaeology Society employs an editorial and business staff of approximately 30 professionals. BAS offers student internships during the school year and in the summer. BAS's office is a stimulating, friendly environment convenient to the Tenleytown Metro station in Washington DC.

Assistant Editor. Are you fascinated by the ancient world? Biblical Archaeology Review seeks editor for magazine and Web site. We’re looking for someone with strong writing and editing skills who can also help us expand our Web site and keep its content fresh. If you love words and ancient history but also know what CMS, SEO and RSS mean, we’d like to talk to you. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign a plus; 2-4 years experience; salary low 30s.
